Can't see the files in a shared One Drive

Hi, I have a problem since yesterday, I can't see some files in a shared One Drive (someone share to me).
I can see all of them in my browser (google), but not in Total Commander, can someone help me please?

What I can't see are some files that someone else shares with me on One Drive, that is, they are not my folders nor are they in C files,

Yes, I can see them in google browser, but I prefer to see them in Total Commander, it is much easier and more practical.

Thanks, I'm already using the cloud plugin, in fact, I updated it to the new version 2.9 in case that was the problem, but it's still the same.

Please note that the Cloud plugin does not affect the regular Total Commander interface and functions.
The <shared> section (seen as a folder) and its contents become available/accessible only within the plugin, i.e. when you enter your OneDrive using the plugin.
I asked a friend to share something with me in OneDrive, and the test file immediately became available via the Cloud plugin in the <shared> section.

Thanks, I know that because I have been using it for years. The problem is recent. For example, out of ten files that are shared in a single folder, I can only see five in Total Commander (although I can see all ten in Google).
I'm thinking that maybe it's a problem with One Drive synchronization or something like that.

You're welcome.

In case the OneDrive synchronization stumbles, try to pause it and as soon as it gets paused, resume it in a couple of seconds.
Usually it helps immediately.
If it doesn't, the next step would be rather onedrive.exe /reset
Please note that it may take a good while if you have a huge cloud full of data (like a terabyte-ish of mine), moreover making big changes of data.

Also, please note that it is worth identifying at first which one of your devices fails to synchronize.
Example (PC1 updates data, PC2 doesn't get it):
On PC1 go "View Online": if data is there - PC2 failed, if there is no new/updated data there - PC1 failed.
On PC2 go "View Online": if data is there - PC2 failed, if there is no new/updated data there - PC1 failed.

Hi, I'm still having the same problem, and so are other people who work with the same One Drive folders in Total Commander. The problem comes and goes; one moment the files are visible, and the next, they're gone. What can I do?

So far this hasn't happened here, I have two OneDrive accounts and shared some files between them.
Do you see any differences in the log when the files are visible and when they are not?

Thanks, I haven't noticed that, but what I do notice is that it seems like the wincmd.ini of the person who shares their One Drive files with me is constantly being rewritten (almost everyday without them making any changes). I don't know if that could be part of the problem. Because it's only their files that keep appearing and disappearing.

The wincmd.ini keeps track of the directory history and other parameters, but it should only change when you close TC, or use a function with history like the search. Can you compare one of his wincmd.ini files with a newer one to see what changed? You could then redirect the affected sections to a separate ini file outside of OneDrive.
