Multi-Rename tool - extract PDF properties

I have a lot of PDF files but they are named with random numbers. Every PDF file has all the properties fields (keyword, title, author) written inside it. What I want is to use multi rename tool to rename them using Title and Author field from the properties written inside PDF file. Can this already be done?
