Motorola P2K plugin for Total Commander (MotoP2K)

[face=courier]MotoP2K v.1.0.1.63 - allows you to work with the files system of Motorola Phone (P2K).

Supported models: all, which has a file system with tree structure.
This plugin allow download files from the phone, upload files to the phone, delete files from the phone, change file attributes, etc.

For correct work plugin it is necessary to installing following of the drivers:
1. MotoP2K\drv\usbser.sys
2. MotoP2K\drv\p2k.sys[/face]

Now plugin works with other drives, not only /a.
Faster connection (about 5 seconds from AT mode, about 1 seconds being already in p2k).
Simultenies connection with other p2k programs supported.
Multilingual support.

Now it shows disk size as well as file size (config.ini, ShowUsedSpace and ShowFreeSpace parameters):
1. Do not show any size (ShowUsedSpace=0 , ShowFreeSpace = 0);
2. In use (ShowUsedSpace=1 , ShowFreeSpace = 0);
3. Free (ShowUsedSpace=0 , ShowFreeSpace = 1);
4. Free/total (ShowUsedSpace=1 , ShowFreeSpace = 1).

Plans:
1. Make directory (for supprting this functionalily models);
2. Something else - there are some ideas.

Known bugs:
Doesn't show free space for additional drives (not /a)

[+] support 3G phones, support additional partition except drive /a, support P2K05 phones (V3xx, V6maxx, E2, K3).
[*] a lot of errors of previous versions is corrected
[+] option: allow detect that phone connected as Memory Card and reconnect phone in P2K mode automatically
[+] option: allow connect to plugin with FTP toolbar, that allow see log and switch to AT mode by Disconnect button
[+] timeout for switching from AT to P2K and vise versa
[+] new method for getting file list
