[REQ] A small language suggestions for TC/CE

I use TC/CE for PocketPC (ARM version) and creating my own Russian translation for it (that will be close to the PC version in terms, and that will not have cut lines in the interface like the Russian translation from the installation package). And I have the following questions/suggestions:

1.
To make the static field "Time:" in the Properties dialog a little bit wider - there is place for it. Compare these two screenshots:

The text I use for the line 4011 of the LNG could fit the space before the editbox, but it is cut, and this looks ugly.

2.
The following lines:
20210="Download aborted!"
20211="Upload aborted!"
seem to be not used in TC/CE 2.0. I've translated them, updated the LNG on the PocketPC, changes the language, but when I press Cancel during FTP-upload of download I get messages "Download aborted!" and "Upload aborted!" still in English.

1. OK, no problem.

2. You seem to be right, the same happens with German. I will check it in the debugger.
