Windows NT and later (not 95 or 98 ) take into account the ISO timezone fields when showing the file time of a file on CD and when setting the file time of a file copied from CD to disk. ISO.WCX (V1.6.10) ignores these timezone fields.
If anyone knows how to contact the author, please let me know. I can send him a proposal for updating the source code to take the timezone fields into account.
