2Authors: add forum links to Totalcmd.net

Currently author form on Totalcmd.net doesn't allow to specify "Support forum" link,
so I suggest to all authors: add link to your ghisler.ch-topic to your plugin description in HTML form, it's allowed.
For example, I appended string

<a href="http://www.ghisler.ch/board/viewtopic.php?t=4798">Support forum</a>

to description of my utility.

This is to redirect users from Totalcmd.net here.
