Tried but it did not open... tried with Sony Ericsson W200i. Does anyone know if it is supported?

I think SE W200 should be supported (but I cannot promise though). Do you have the Sony Ericsson file system drivers (actually, I think SE has a whole lot of drivers - modem etc.) installed?

If you have the drivers installed and your computer supports infrared (or you have an infrared adapter connected), try to connect Infrared from Windows Control Panel (under Wireless Link). If you have connected the device from there, check again in TC.
