The problem is only with x32 version; x64 works fine.
Don't know hot do sescribe this with words...
Just watch it here:
http://www4.zippyshare.com/v/24630661/file.html (HQ video)
or http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IpYVhI3cTdk (LQ video).
No matter if you hit kb-arrow-keys, or use mouse. There's just needed the movement of cursor.
But... after Alt+Tab to another windows and back to TC my dots come back.
p.s.
There're the tab-positions in the end of video, so you can reproduce this with 800x600 TC's window and Tahoma 8pt font.

The x32 version is optimized for slow computers, so when moving the cursor, only the frame is redrawn. I will not change this, sorry. If you want to avoid this, you need to either
- use a dotted frame for the cursor (use default color)
or
- use an inverted cursor
or
- resize the columns so the last pixel of the line isn't used.

have the same - no diffrence- use a dotted frame for the cursor (use default color)
works good - looks bad- use an inverted cursor
that's it, not so critical, but can be used as a solution, thanks!- resize the columns so the last pixel of the line isn't used
