[TC 8.01 RC4 x64] Visual bug or feature (?) with funcbuttons

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

[TC 8.01 RC4 x64] Visual bug or feature (?) with funcbuttons

See:

Func-buttons are shadowed in x64 versions before hitting 1-2-3 buttons.

Is this bug or feature?

Isn't the answer to the question pretty irrelevant?
You cannot use the function key buttons at the bottom of the programme window before you have successfully confirmed the nagscreen anyway.

Now I see absolutely diffrent appearance between x32 and x64 versions, so this one looks like a bug, but I'm not sure.

I had to implement the 1-2-3 splash screen differently in 64-bit, and had to disable the main window so that the user doesn't click on anything during the load. I'm sorry, this cannot be avoided.
