-[8.50pb1 x64] crc verify not going background
I tried with SFV/MD5/SHA, CRC verify not going to background at all. Or is it always at background (?), so the background button is not doing anything. Its not going background, like the copy/move windows.
It was like this since 8.0x, IIRC. The operation is background from the very beginning, but the "Background" button is present to indicate that user can continue working with TC (clicking this button switches into the main TC window).

Yes, the button is only there so people notice that this is now a standalone dialog. However, when you click it, the dialog should go to the background and TC to the foreground. You will not notice if the two windows don't overlap, though.

Why? If you switch back to the crc check dialog, you can use the button again to return to TC...
