+[TC 8.50 b3] 7zip SFX detection with internal 7z*.dll's

Here's 2 samples, both are 7z sfx:

http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/17.0.9esr/win32/ru/Firefox%20Setup%2017.0.9esr.exe

http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/24.0esr/win32/ru/Firefox%20Setup%2024.0esr.exe

First is NOT detected, TC can't open it.
Second is detected, TC can explore/extract it.

Any ideas?

UPD:
Do diffrence if TC 8.50.b3 is x32 or x64.
No plugins installed.

Different signatures:
37 7A BC AF 27 1C 00 03
and
37 7A BC AF 27 1C 00 02
