-[8.5b4] "Target name length" is not correct
Environment: Win8 64Bit
TC 32/64Bit
Steps:
1) Open Windows Explorer and create a file. Its name must be 255 chars long e.g. 'AAAAA.....'. Create the file without file extension.
2) Use a ZIP tool or TC to create a ZIP archive containing this file
3) Open the ZIP file with TC
4) select the file inside the ZIP archive and press F3 to view its content
observed:
TC shows this warning:
"The target name length (272) is more than 259 characters!"
Our file name length is not 272 it is 255.

Show the correct length in the warning dialog.

I think it should, because some Lister plugins cannot handle such long names either.

The target is the temp file, so the text is correct.
