[TC 9.0x] Button bar icons wrong position

TC 9.0
Button bar config:
Appearance
Size 13, XP style enabled, Flat icons enabled, Small icons enabled (size 16).

Problem:
Icons have wrong vertical position: not centered by vertical alignment, have empty 1 px bottom line.

Upper is TC 9.0 beta (any of #1...#6)
Lower is TC 8.52a

As I see, TC 8.52a has no problem (it has 2px 2-color divider), but TC 9.0 beta has (1px 1-color divider).

Why would you make the button smaller than the icon? It's surprising that it even worked in older versions.

Wow! Never thought it could be something unnatural.
My main idea is 16x16 icons with no useless space anywhere (incl. no borders and unused pixels). I've been using this config since TC 6.x and it works perfect all the time up to TC 8.xx.
Can you give some solution for this situation?

I have checked it, and it was affecting all button sizes - they were all 1 pixel too high. Please try again with beta 7!
