Option "minimize to tray" bug

Start any copy/move/compare/etc job wich has foreground progress window with pause/cancel/background buttons.
Then (when job is in progress) press Win-key twice and then Win+down.
Option "minimize to tray" is ignored, TC window becomes minimized as usual program.

Win 7 SP 1 with TC 8.52a and 9.0 beta (may be older versions too).

Can anyone reproduce this?

Unfortunately this cannot be avoided, because you don't use the normal method to minimize TC while active: Windows itself minimizes it in this case.
