[TC9b11] Func buttons have wrong position (only 32-bit)

1. Too much empty space on left side.
2. Exit button can't fit it.

Win 7 SP1 x64.

Confirmed on Win10 x64, 9.0b11 32 bit.

Confirmed also under WinXP SP3 (32 bit). This did not happen in b10.

This should be fixed in beta 12, please try it! Please note that only TC 32-bit was affected.
