Highlight new files/folders in TC 9.x

How can I get a red highlighted color of newly created files/folders?
I had this functionality on previous version of TC, but can't get this useful feature in TC 9.x.

You can read this http://www.ghisler.ch/board/viewtopic.php?p=311934 the process is nearly the same but you have to use "not older than" X minutes hours days depending on your preferences.
