[ctrl]+[alt]+[shift]+[any key] does not work as shortcut

Indeed, since there are few little things that doesn't work as expected. And get a fresh install every few month (if you install often new software and ply with registry etc. ) is a good idea since Windows 3.1 (perhaps windows 1.0 - I don't know).

And after the install doesn't long days and nights like with win95 and 80386 with 8MB Ram and 100MB Hd I think it's not too bad. So you could simultaneous clean your program folder and remove all the not necessary progs you've tried the last time
