What version of SumatraPDF ?

Make sure to put the very latest SumatraPDF.exe in the plugin folder.
Important: If you use Total Commander 64-bit, you MUST use the 64-bit SumatraPDF.exe (and 32-bit for 32-bit), otherwise it will not work.

To solve I linked also libmupdf.dll in plugin folder.

I use 3.4.5 (x64) daily with a lot of files and have no problems so far.

Same to me. 3.4.4 and 3.4.5 are working fine with slister, while pre-release 3.5 is still buggy.

When I view F3 a pdf, if I use CTRL-F or CTRL-C not work but open a new SumatraPDF from pdf history.

For me the following differences are noticeable.

CTRL+F

1. SumatraPDF v3.4.6 64-bit
   ☰ -> GoTo -> Find... Ctrl+F (= default!)
2. F3 -> Lister (slister): CTRL+F positions here the cursor in the search field

I cannot understand the behavior of Ctrl+F in your case.

 
CTRL+C

1. SumatraPDF v3.4.6 64-bit
   ☰ -> Selection -> Copy To Clipboard Ctrl+C
   If pdf files are not opened with the Lister but directly with the application, e.g.
   %COMMANDER_PATH%\Plugins\wlx\sLister\SumatraPDF-3.4.6-64.exe, then selected text passages
   can be copied to the clipboard with Ctrl+C.
    
2. F3 -> Lister (slister): Mark a text passage in a pdf document to copy it to the clipboard
   • Right-click in the selected area and select "Copy Selection Ctrl+C"
     The selected text was copied to the clipboard!
   • Press Ctrl+C
     In this case, Ctrl+C is executed by the Lister -> Menu "Edit" -> "Copy as text Ctrl+C" ... AND ...
     in addition a pdf file from "Frequently Read" is opened twice for me!
   • Lister: If I choose menu "Edit" -> "Copy as text Ctrl+C" then in addition to the Lister (sLister) window
     only one pdf file is opened from "Frequently Read".

 
It is interesting that in Lister (slister) under menu "Edit" after clicking on the following menu items they are NOT executable:
1. Select all - Ctrl+A *)
2. Find - F7
3. Find next - F5

*) However, Ctrl+A as a shortcut can be executed.
I find this behavior okay in all cases.

Lister: Only the menu item "Copy as text Ctrl+C" leads to an undesired result after execution.
Maybe in this case one could also set this menu item to not feasible?
