can you record a screencast - in order to understand how it's working on your comp?
You can send a screenshot to me, then I wil place it on https://tcmd.madsenworld.dk

I was finally able to reproduce it, but in the 64-bit version only.
Does anyone get it in the 32-bit version?

I do not see it in the 32bit version :-)

Just curious - what was the culprit in the 64bit version?

Lazarus uses window coordinates without window borders, probably from compatibility with Linux where the window manager is separate from the actual app. I didn't notice the problem because I have a scrollbar in that list, and it is only slightly cut (due to how it's drawn on Windows 11).

Did you read another description of related to this case of arising problem?
But even when we try to open the filter field in the left panel, we see a very unaligned position of all elements:
https://ibb.co/nrQPhQ3
You can clearly see how badly the objects are aligned on the bottom boundary?
Also, do you notice that the filter/search box is TOO tight against the bottom edge of the history menu?
In the case when TOO long names of the folders I visited begin to appear in this menu, the situation becomes much worse:
https://ibb.co/WxmPfff
see how this new menu completely covers the auxiliary rightmost objects?
These are objects from the plugin QuickSearch eXtended 2.2.9
BUT! there are no such both problems when these objects are drawn over file panels - where this search/filter was originally needed.
