No, you can't.
The command lines are different.

Didn't work. I need that for default Alt+F5.

So what's wrong? In the first case, ZIP will be selected by default, in the second - 7zip_zip. Both options will work with 7zG.

Please try it, but don't append commands like "a" to the program name - TC will append them by itself. You can append parameters like -mcu=on as described above.
