I love Total Commander and I have used it for years.
Within the past month I upgraded TC on my WIN10 computer and the file panels are now displayed one over the other vs left and right. Is this an option somewhere?
I also just purchased a new WIN11 computer for my ham station and installed TC and the panels are left and right as I am used to, so I uninstalled and reinstalled TC on my WIN10 machine and they are still top and bottom. I compared the options between the two computers and they seem to be the same. I am stuck! I want the Left Right back.
Thanks
Bob

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.

press this keyboard shortcut. First press - panels one above the other, second press - panels vertically

No. There's no Ctrl+G in default keyboard.txt description.
But some repackers like to use Alt+G for cm_VerticalPanels.

You are right, there is no such command (there is no such command written)... Strange... But it came to me with Commander's installation...MaxX wrote: 2023-06-11, 22:33 UTC 2Seyran_72

then a request to Gisler - assign this keyboard shortcut ( Ctrl + G ) to the vertical/horizontal panel layout command! I noticed that this combination does not interfere / does not conflict with other commands.

It's standard GoTo shortcut in many programs. Not even close to panels view.Seyran_72 wrote: 2023-06-11, 23:05 UTC then a request to Gisler - assign this keyboard shortcut ( Ctrl + G ) to the vertical/horizontal panel layout
You can assign any shortcut for your own TC configuration.
