As I can see from your 1st screenshot, you should correct your "Command" field. It must look like
c:\PowerPro\PowerPro.exe
(i.e. full path to PowerPro)
Parameters:
runfile.EditFileComments("%F")
(no extension)
Script file (*.txt or *.powerpro) must be in \scripts subfolder. Otherwise specify path in script call (not recommended).
