I only have one request: Please replace the 3 dot Unicode character "…" with 3 separate dots "...". The reason is that some fonts, especially the default system fonts, do not contain this character, and display an ugly square instead of it. I found it in one other included language (wcmd_fra.inc) in two locations and will replace it there too.

Ok, I'll replace that in next translation updates.
But used "..." is regular Alt+133 symbol (it should be from ANSI). That's strange enough to have any problems there.

May I ask you to make this button (LNG string # 5189) bigger just for 2-3 characters?

The text could fit there with "…", but does not fit with separate three dots.

It's just the same as in zipped package:
5189=" &Налаштування внутрішнього переглядача..."

The old one was
5189=" &Налаштування внутрішнього переглядача…"
with Alt+0133 dots.

Can't remember I ever used anything another here.
All the words are full length, not shortened.
