Ability to minimise TC to tray, without that silly thing that appears in Alt+Tab.

That is not a "silly thing", that you dont seem to understand, its so that you can bring tc via keyboard, so very helpfull

I will try to improve my comment:
The Help for Options > Layout dialog > Show Command Line currently is,
"Shows a command line to start DOS and Windows programs. If the command line is hidden it will be shown as soon as you type a letter on the keyboard."

It could be useful to add something like,
"To disable the command line entirely, use the RestrictInterface command; see the Help page, 'Ini File Settings part 2: Configuration N-Z'."

Of course my long sought-after pet project - a dedicated drives- and folders-consolidation and -reconciliation-tool, implemented in close correlation to the already existing SyncDirs-process but much more powerful. In order to not alienating current SyncDirs-users it would probably better be implemented as a separate tool with the current SyncDirs-options "Subdirs", "ignore date" and - most importantly - "by content" ALWAYS SET ON.

The real problem this new tool would go after, though, would be dealing with MOVED AND/OR RENAMED files. Therefore it would be necessary - after a first run which would find binary duplicates (with different names or in different locations) erroneously as "unique left"/"unique right" as currently customary - to now perform a "find duplicates by content disregarding names"-search only between those putatively "unique" columns. This new duplicates-search would now separate each of those columns into a) "truly unique"-files and b) "only locally unique"-files with binary duplicates found someplace else. This would result in now 6 (instead of currently 4) different categories - displayed in +2 different colors - allowing the user to separately select the "truly-unique"- and the "pseudo-unique"-category by then split top-level-buttons.

With that enhanced tool the user could now easily inspect in particular the files with duplicates someplace else on a visual basis in order to decide which version to keep or which version to delete/move as being obsolete or being found in the wrong location.

Add the possibility to hide the "Recently closed tabs" from the Tabs list, either by a WINCMD.INI option
(e.g.: ShowRecentlyClosedTabs = 1 | 0 (default 1, so to keep current behaviour)) or by a parameter
in the cm_xxxTabsList commands

And even better: add commands to show ONLY the recently closed tabs, or in alternative as a parameter
for the cm_xxxTabsList commands
