Dragging file onto an .exe to open with

Post by *azumanga »

Is there a way to do this in Total commander? Normally in file explorer you just drag and drop on the exe, but that doesn't work in Total commander. Do i have to do it via right click > open with or is there another option? Thanks

Maybe this button can be of use:

Code: Select all

TOTALCMD#BAR#DATA
%COMSPEC% /C
start "" %T%M %P%N
%COMMANDER_EXE%,2
Open file under cursor with program under cursor in opposite panel

0
-1
To make the button:
1. Mark the text in the box here above (click SELECT ALL).
2. Copy it to the ClipBoard (press Ctrl+C).
3. Right click on TC's buttonbar and choose "Paste".
