Confirmed, thanks! What you can do is press Shift+Right arrow, then start typing your command to make the command line visible. I will try to find a workaround.
Btw, it's annoyances like this why it took over a year to port from Delphi to Lazarus/Free Pascal...

Currently not, Delphi 2 still creates the smaller and faster code.
