Solved [TC 8.0b5 x64] Wrong text in Start menu after changing lang.

Post by *petermad »

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open TC with fresh ini file.
2. Change the language to for example Danish.
3. Open the Start menu item - The language is still English!

4. Change the language to for example German.
5. Open the Start menu item - The language is now in Danish!

6. Change the language back to English.
7. Open the Start menu item - The language is now in German!

If I restart TC after step 3, 5 or 7 then the language in the Start menu is shown alright.

I confirm this, and in addition the text "NOT REGISTERED" in the titlebar of the unregistered version also remains in the previous language.

Added:
BTW, the language of the Configuration dialog itself is not changed on Apply. I think I'll better report it separately…

Confirmed, thanks. It's all caused by a little change in the order the changes are applied (changed to remove the underline from the Exit button)...

Confirm fixed the Starter menu name in 8.0β6.

The "NOT REGISTERED" remains the same though. Should I report it separately?

Confirmed fixed in TC 8.0b6 x64 :-)

I can also confirm that "NOT REGISTERED" in the title bar is not changed, but that also applies to TC 7.56a

Indeed it's currently not planned to change that.
