Here's what I get:

The F3/F4/F5 button's upper side is just cut off with upper block.

TC 8.50 pb1 both 32 and 64 bit versions have this visual problem.

TC 8.01 works fine.

I can confirm this. The first three function buttons won't show up correctly.

Confirmed, with both 32 and 64 bit version.
Using TC since 1997, known as Windows Commander in the old days ;)

I use flat buttons too and I noticed it immediately. But I also use Classic theme in Windows 7 and with it there's nice dividing line between command line and buttons, which was cut off. This line is missing completely with Aero, so it's not obvious there.
