Incorrect symbol instead of "beta" in window title

Is it correct to display "ß" (\ss) instead of "β" (\beta) in the title of the main window and in some other places? These symbols are very similar visually, but nevertheless they are different.

Currently TC doesn't support Unicode in the title bar. Therefore I'm using ß which is part of most encodings. On Unicode systems, I'm explicitly using codepage 1252 to convert to Unicode.

IMHO, there should be "b", or "beta".
Russian/Ukrainial users have pain with "Я" instead of "beta".

It doesn't really matter because users of the release version will never see it.
