[9.0 final x64] MRT: broken russian translation

1. Open multi rename tool
2. Press [+] button (between [N] and [YMD])
3. See "????????" instead of translation text.

Tested on Win 7 x64 Rus. + TC 9.0 Rus.
Only TC x64 is affected, TC 32-bit works fine.

Hmm, here is how it loks by me if I set language to Russian:

Testet with TC9final under Windows 7 x64 Danish, but with Aero theme - I don't want to shift to Classic theme to test, because I have to tidy up my Desktop afterwards because stuff gets moved around if I use Classic theme.

Not confirmed either. What are your language settings for non-Unicode programs in Control panel - regional and language options - Last tab (Administrative) - Change System Locale?

I tried with German and Russian locales, it worked in both cases.

Make sure to get the official release from www.ghisler.com.

Everything is default in original russian Windows installation. TC is downloaded from ghisler.com, works on default config (no changes anywhere).

Great, thanks for checking with Russian locale! I only tried it with Swiss-German settings so far.
