VerifyZIP is ignored

TC11 always checks zip file CRC after packing, even if VerifyZIP=0 set. Seems to be a bug.

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.

It's not a bug.
You may delete libdeflate DLLs. Then TC will use old packing method and could skip verification.

Yes you can, but pack+verify with the new dlls is still a lot faster than just packing with the old ones...
