Tested on: TC 10.00 32/64, TC 11.02 32/64, TC 11.03 32/64
System: Windows 10 x64.
Total Commander (vs 'New >' submenu):
- does not display any icons, going all textual instead,
- renames items, using internal names instead of public ones, e.g. 'Text file (.txt)', instead of 'Text document',
- shifts entries: 'Shortcut' becomes 'lnkfile (.lnk)' and dives below the separator,
- adds an entry: 'LibraryFolder (.library-ms)'.
Note 1: The neighboring submenus other than 'New >' there ('Give access to >', 'Include in library >', 'Send to >') go in TC with icons.
Note 2: Double Commander (I've tried their latest build) displays the 'New >' submenu exactly in the same way as Explorer.

Re: TC [up to 11.03] fails to render 'New >' submenu of context menu properly
Requesting the context menu from the system (QueryContextMenu) does NOT provide the "New" submenu, so I have to put it together manually from the registry entries. I decided not to include any icons because loading them from executables can be VERY slow (seconds per entry) depending on the virus scanner, and you can't load them in a background thread and show later when using menus. There is no documentation on how to load these entries, so they may differ from how they look in Explorer.
