Just a simple example.
I have the the folder named some thing like MyOwnData1, MyOwnData2, BackupMyOwnData1, etc... They lay somewhere in "D:\Data\" subdirs.
Also I have the .lst plugin, which makes files' lists and opens them like archives. That is pretty nice tool to see any changes in my folders. Then I use sync tool to see that changes.
How can I set folder names mask (not files) to see diffrences only in my "owndata" folders?
I have tried *OwnData* and *OwnData*\*.* but that does not help.
Is it possible there?

Re: How to use Sync tool with folder names mask?
In the help file in section "Selecting files" I read
"3. The ** wildcard can be used to match any number of subdirs, e.g. subdir\**\*.txt finds text files where the relative path contains "subdir" anywhere in the path, like subdir\subdir2\subdir3\test.txt"
Maybe ** works for you?

Re: How to use Sync tool with folder names mask?
Thanks for help. Now I have the solution.
Just simple *\*OwnData*\**\* does what I need.
I did not found any difference to *\*OwnData*\**\*.* now. May be it should not be there at all.
