ListXP is a text/unicode viewer which is very DOS-textmode like (originally it was ported to Windows from DOS version). It's freeware and has open source code. Features:
- Fast and small
- Advanced search including regex support
- Advanced "Follow tail" feature
- Syntax coloring for some file types
