Universal Viewer (ATViewer) is a stand-alone alternative for Total Commander Lister. It's a multi-format file viewer based on free ATViewer Delphi component. It's freeware and has open source code. Features:

  • All Lister's view modes implemented: Text, Binary, Hex, Unicode, Image, Multimedia, RTF, Plugins
  • Support for Lister plugins
  • Support for Unicode filenames
