I'm not sure - do you mean a TC user control system or in Windows itself? And could a plugin not provide this service?

This is not about executing other programs as a different user but about executing a certain action inside Total Commander as a different user in case higher privileges are required. --Lefteous 18:54, 15 Jan 2006 (EST)
