Currently only directories can be displayed in the filelist. If I want to view a file I have to select the file and open a Lister window or the quickview panel in another window. Viewing a file would be just navigating one level deeper. Pressing the backspace key would work as "..".
I would like to see the following improvements:
- A file can be opened in the current filelist by a command when executed under the cursor.
- The first ideas implies that a file can be opened by specifying an adress in the adress bar.
- The path feature should not be limited to local paths.
This feature could make web browsing possible in TC. Currently I have to open a filesystem plugin directory and choose the file to be viewed.
