Total Commander (formerly known as Windows Commander) is a file manager for Windows®. It has two fixed windows side by side like a well-known file manager for DOS. Total Commander comes in different versions for multiple platforms.
- 32 bit version for Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000, NT, XP or Vista
- 16 bit version for Windows 3.1
