Unpack configuration dialog for Packer plugins

Many archivers would like to let the user choose from various unpack options. "Total SQX" could ask for the following options:

- Cache list password - Cache unpack password (for solid archives) - Cache unpack password (non-solid archives) - Restore security information - Restore extended file stamps - Restore extended directory stamps - Set NTFS comments from file comments - Set zone id
