简介

插件是建立用来独立的扩展 Total Commander 的功能的. 主程序的大小保持小而快，符合用户和他的个人需求.

插件是实现额外功能的特殊库. 这些 DLL 不是由用户运行，而是由 Total Commander 调用。这种技术的好处就是每一种插件类型都有同一的界面。

插件类型

Total Commander 当前支持 4 种插件类型:

• Packer（压缩器）插件 (通常拥有 .WCX 文件扩展名)
• File system（文件系统）插件 (.WFX 扩展名)
• Lister（列表器）插件 (.WLX 扩展名)
• Content（内容）插件 (.WDX 扩展名)

在哪里查找插件?

查找它们最方便的方法就是使用下列网站:

• totalcmd.net 如果你想保持插件和工具的更新，应该首先访问该网站。
• totalcmd.pl 是一个包含大量插件，工具，文档等内容的波兰网站。开始时，只有波兰语，现在已经拥有了英语以外的版本。（包括由我翻译的中文部分）。
• 官方附件网站，如果你喜欢最终“由作者测试”的版本，这是最好的选择。如果你不喜欢任何体验测试的话，这是该去的地方。
• 未发布插件: 一个 wiki 页面，全部都是当前既不在 totalcmd.net 列出，也未在 ghisler.com 正式发布的插件。

插件安装

从 Total Commander version 6.5 开始，已有一个用于插件的整合安装程序。 现在，无论你何时想安装一个插件，所要做的一切就是：使用双击打开已下载的压缩文档。 安装将会自动插件。 “手动”安装仍然可用。 在下一章节的程序对你管理你的所有插件很有用。

插件管理

These tools were created to make the plugin installation and management easier:

• TC Plugins Manager
• Vic Plugin Manager

You might need a tool for managing your plugins when:

• You want to install plugins by double-clicking plugin files
• You want to install zipped plugins pack (archive that contains several plugins)
• You want to install a bunch of plugins located in a folder and all its subfolders
• You want to install two different plugins for the same extension
• You want to temporary disable some plugins
• You want to change the loading order of Packer plugins
