Aliases can be used to execute internal or external commands by typing a user-defined string directly in the command-line.

Create an alias

To create an alias please do the following:

Menu Configuration/Options/Misc/Redefine hotkeys
Set option alias
Enter string
Open command browser (by clicking the button with the magnifier)
Select internal or user-defined command
Close command browser by clicking OK
Click on the button with the checkmark.
