Full Windows XP style support
The support for Windows XP visual styles is almost complete. Some items are left:

Total Commander currently doesn't support Windows XP visual styles in all user interface elements.
* File Panel Header - The old Windows 3.1 style is used.

* Dialogs - Thema background should be considered for the search dialog and all other dialogs which are using a tab control.
Currently not supported are following elements:

* Button Bar - No background is drawn, no visual state indicator is drawn.
* Tree - The tree realised as listbox doesn't draw visual styles for expand/collaps button.
* Progress Bar - No visual style is drawn for the progress bar. A solution needs to consider the numeric value in the middle of the progress bar.
