Syntax:

{{translated|Link to german page|Link to upper level}}

Example:

 {{translated|AutoHotkey: Mit ALT - \ ins Wurzelverzeichnis|AutoHotkey}}

If a german article former displayed by the Template:Translation has been translated it is sufficient to change the templatename to translated to keep the working links to the german page and the upper level.
