A: Some versions of Windows allow to switch between multiple keyboard layouts with LeftAlt+Shift. So if you use a shortcut like LeftAlt+Shift+Enter, Windows can change the layout of the keyboard. To prevent this, open Control panel, Keyboard and open the page Input locales. Then remove the hotkey for input locales using Change key sequence.
