Again this is what "Microsoft Video 1" and the optional codec offered by the makers of CamStudio doesn't do and it's really not a good idea to use such a codec.

BTW, this is quite common feature of many Russian programmers' products. They often allow their compatriots to buy the program at less cost (Compare It! for example), or even give it freely (e.g. Far Manager, Kleptomania)... Maybe this is a common practice, I don't know as I very rarely read descriptions of the programs on languages other than Russian and English.

So, maybe there are many programs written by Ouagadougouers which are free for all other citizens of this town.
