The tool mp3ext does the following in Total Commander:
- If Win32-style tip windows are enabled in Configuration - Display, it shows mp3 ID tags, bitrates and other useful information when holding the cursor over an mp3
- With Alt+Enter (properties), you can modify mp3 ID tags
- It shows bitrate-dependent icons. To make this work, place the cursor on an mp3 file, and choose Files - Associate - Edit type - Change icon. Then change the icon file name to: %1
