Minimal TC interface

This is not a fake, such simpliest interface can be done easily.

• You have to disable all checkboxes in Configuration->Options->Layout;
• you have to insert a path to empty (zero sized) file for main menu file in Configuration->Options->Language;
• you have to insert a parametr RestrictInterface=1 in wincmd.ini under section [Configuration].

That did the trick :)

(This is one config that would have looked great with Alternate color for every other line - ezuk)
